BIOACTIVATOR FOR YEASTS IN THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH QUALITY WINES

DESCRIPTION

FERMACTIVE® Activateur Complexe is an yeasty activator, which contains diammonium phosphate, Vitamin B1 (thiamin), yeast walls and inert material.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur Complexe helps for activation and regulation of the alcoholic fermentation. The product provides additional vitamins, nitrogenous substances, mineral salts and sterols to the yeasts.

FERMACTIVE® Activateur Complexe is extremely appropriate for wine production in difficult conditions of fermentation – low temperature, potentially high alcoholic degree. It provides the necessary nutritious substances when producing qualified white and red wine. This activator keeps the integrity of the cell membrane and sustain the yeast activity as it provides essential factors for survival. It provides to the yeast cells the necessary substances for normal fermentation process and achieving intensive and clear flavour.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur Complexe shall be used during the fermentation process and production of sparkling wine as well.

The product is dissolved in must or water and added in the fermentation tank.

The usage of 10g/hl FERMACTIVE® Activateur Complexe provides 63 ml/l diammonium phosphate и 10 ml/hl Vitamin B1 (thiamin).

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur Complexe is offerred in packages of 1 kg и 10 kg.

Keep it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. When the product is kept in cool (<15°C) dark and dry place in its original unopened package, it can be used up to 24 months after the production date.
