DESCRIPTION

FERMACTIVE® Activateur E is a activator used during the rehidration of the yeast. It contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) and yeast cell wall material and yeast derivates.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur E supplies additional vitamins, sterols, and grown factors to the yeast and makes it strong and sustainable. It helps the beginning, the realization and the regulation of the fermentation.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur E can be used as during the rehydration of yeats, during the alcoholic fermentation and also for the production of sparkling wines.

The product is dissolved and added into the rehydratation vessel.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur E is offerred in packages of 1 kg.

Keep it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. When the product is kept in cool (<15°C) dark and dry place in its original unopened package, it can be used up to 24 months after the production date.
