BIOACTIVATOR FOR YEASTS

DESCRIPTION

FERMACTIVE® Activateur activates and regulates the fermentation process. FERMACTIVE® Activateur contains diammonium phosphate, diammonium sulphate, Vitamin B1 (thiamin) and inert material.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur helps for activation and regulation of the alcoholic fermentation. The product provides additional vitamins and nitrogenous substances to the yeasts. FERMACTIVE® Activateur balances the quantity of assimilable nitrogen, which is ususally reducing during the first 30 hours after the fermentation process is started.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur could be used at the beginning of the fermentation process and during it as well.

The product is dissolved in must or water and put in the whole volume then homogenized very well.

The usage of 10g/hl FERMACTIVE® Activateur provides 90 ml/l diammonium sulphate и 10 ml/hl Vitamin B1 (thiamin).

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

FERMACTIVE® Activateur is offerred in packages of 1 kg, 5kg и 20 kg.

Keep it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. When the product is kept in cool (<15°C) dark and dry place in its original unopened package, it can be used up to 24 months after the production date.
