DESCRIPTION

TANIVIN® Boisé L Americain is a liquid tannin from toasted American oak, stabilized with Acacia Senegal. The product is made in compliance with the present specifications shown in OIV – technical instructions.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

TANIVIN® Boisé L Americain is specially selected and made for colour improvement, stabilization through preventing of pigment precipitation in red wine. TANIVIN® Boisé L Americain softens the taste of the wine and improves the complexity of the aromatic profile. It gives flavor of vanilla and coconut.

TANIVIN® Boisé L Americain improves the structure of wines intended for ageing.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

For stabilization: 10 - 40 /hl.

Balance: 50 - 100 g/hl.

TANIVIN® Boisé L Americain is easily dissolved in water or wine. Because of its low viscosity, the wine can be easily filtered after the treatement.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

TANIVIN® Boisé L Americain is offered in tubes of 1 kg and in cardboard box of 10 kg. Keep it in airy and dry places (<25°C) without direct sunlight in its original package. It is highly recommended the package to be closed very well after using the product. The product must be used up to 24 moths after the production date.
