ELLAGIC TANNIN EXTRACTED FROM CHERRY STEMS

DESCRIPTION

TANIVIN® Cherry is an ellagic tannin preparation obtained from the cherry’s stems, especially indicated for the polyphenol stabilisation in must and wine. TANIVIN® Cherry has been produced in conformity with the EC guidelines.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

Thanks to his particular tannic content TANIVIN® Cherry helps to preserve the primary aromas of grape and improves the structure and the profile of wines. It gives roundness and reduces the bitter and astringency notes in wine. It stabilises the redox potential and helps to maintain the freshness of wine.

Phisycal aspect: granular powder. Add it directly in wine or must and mix it very well.

5-40 g/hl.

Stabilization of colour, improving the phenolic character and enhancing the aromatic qualities of the wine.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

Packages of 1 kg.

Keep it in airy and dry places (<25°C) without direct sunlight in its original package. It is highly recommended the package to be closed very well after using the product. The product must be used up to 24 months after the production date.
