COMPLEX TANNIN FOR QUALITY RED AND ROSE WINES

DESCRIPTION

TANIVIN® Multi Action is a product based on tannins extracted from the seeds of Chardonnnay grape in combination with tannins of Quebracho and untoasted ellagic tannins from French oak. TANIVIN® Multi Action is in compliance with OIV and Codex Oenologique International.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

The kind, the characteristics and the proportions of tannins used in this formula provide optimal effect of each of them and improve the results after alcoholic fermentation. It preserves from oxidation through deactivating the oxidative enzymes. It also controls bacterial development and allows reduction of SO2. It is extremely appropriate for production of wine from grape infected with Botrytis.

TANIVIN® Multi Action stabilizes the colour of wine and keeps its freshness. It is is a strong antioxidant and regulates redox potential of wine and must.

TANIVIN® Multi Action stabilizes effectively the colour of the wine as it makes stable bonds with anthocyanins. It takes place in the phenolic profile of the wine and improves its structure as it delivers soft and elegant tannins. The product improves the organoleptic profile, the volume and the structure of the treated wine giving it a maturation potential.

Because of the noble and soft tannins contained in TANIVIN® Multi Action, it gives sweetness, provides balance in the mouth, improves the after taste and reveals the aromatic profile of treated wine.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

TANIVIN® Multi Action is used during and after the alcoholic fermentation, during wine transferring and for clarification. Dissolve in must or wine and add into the tank, then homogenize well.

Stabilizes redox potential, preserves anthocyanins and polyphenols and inactivates the oxidative enzymes

Higher dose may be necessary for improvement of the phenolic structure of wine.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

TANIVIN® Multi Action is offered in packages of 1 kg.

Keep it in airy and dry places (<25°C) without direct sunlight in its original package. It is highly recommended the package to be closed very well after using the product. The product can be used up to 24 months after the production date.
