PROANTHOCYANIDINAL TANNIN EXTRACTED FROM SEEDS OF WHITE GRAPE

DESCRIPTION

TANIVIN® Pépin is a product based on tannins with low molecular weight, extracted from the seeds of white unfermented grape Chardonnay. The particular way of extraction gives a high quality product. It presents beige powder.

OENOLOGICAL USAGE

TANIVIN® Pépin improves the phenolic structure of treated wines and enriches them with natural tannins which are easily connective with anthocyanins. It is a strong antioxidant which stabilizes the colour of wine and keeps its freshness.

TANIVIN® Pépin easily complexes with anthocyanins stabilize the colour and the tannin structure of the wine. TANIVIN® Pépin is a tannin which naturally completes the phenolic structure of wines and contributes to their maturation.

The product improves the structure and enriches the taste profile of wine.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

It is recommended the product to be used during the alcoholic fermentation of must, for young wines or during maturation. The appropriate dose improves the colour and structure of wines.

Add from 2 to 20 g/hl during the alcoholic fermentation in order to stabilize the colour and the phenolic potential of the wine.

For young wines - from 10 to 20 g/hl in order to remove reductive aromas. It stabilizes the colour and provides antioxidantial effect when transfering the wine.

During maturation - from 2 to 20 g/hl for improving the phenolic potential, stabilization and clarification of the wine.

Dissolve the product in must or wine directly and homogenize it very well.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

Packages of 1 kg.

Keep it in airy and dry places (<25°C) without direct sunlight in its original package. It is highly recommended the package to be closed very well after using the product. The product must be used up to 24 moths after the production date.
